On the purchase of property from RSJ Property Search commission becomes payable, this is based on a percentage of the purchase price as below:

Rental Property Search Service
An initial registration fee of £500 non-returnable. The initial registration fee runs for a period of 16 weeks.
On the rental of a property from RSJ Property Search commission becomes payable, this is based on one months rent.
An allowance for VAT should be added to all our fees at the standard rate.Commission is charged at 1.5%
